During this time, he successfully structured over $1 billion worth of tax deals, saving companies many millions of dollars in the process. Having worked with some of the largest real estate companies, he gained deep insights into how to evaluate deals, maximize savings, and strategically add value. His passion for real estate, design, and architecture, combined with his numbers-based approach and insights into structuring winning deals, establishes him as a powerful operator in this space for decades to come.

Vitaliy Tyan is a second-generation real estate investor and a serial entrepreneur. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with dual degrees in MBA and MIS, he started an e-commerce business that achieved multi-million dollar sales within two years. Mr. Tyan was later recruited to serve as the Head of Marketing for a Silicon Valley-based tech startup, where he spearheaded marketing efforts that led to earning over $140 million in profits and surpassing $1 billion in market capitalization. Throughout his journey, Mr. Tyan continuously ventured into a diverse range of real estate investments, including short-term rentals, flips, and long-term holds.
